[List]Crash when trying to remove the last item from Reorderable List
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open scene named "EditorStaging".
3. In the "Hierarchy" window select game object named "New Sprite".
4. In the "Inspector" window try selecting and removing all serialized properties ("Mesa" and "Cadeira") from the list.
Actual result:
After trying to remove the last serialized property from the list Unity crashes and "Unity Bug reporter" window appears.
Expected result:
Unity should not crash when trying to remove the last serialized property from the list.
Reproduced with:
5.1.0f3, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.3.4p6, 5.3.5f1, 5.4.0b18.
Note: sometimes crash happens not immediately, but after some time.
