[Linux] Window width is not loaded correctly when loading layout from file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open users' attached project
2. Load users' attached layout using: Window > Layouts -> Load Layout from File...
Expected result: Project and Console windows are split approximately equally in the bottom area
Actual result: The Console window width is much smaller than the Project window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.16f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.1.28f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.15f2, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a7
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.35f1 (Load Layout from File functionality is missing)
