[Linux][WebCamTexture] WebCamTexture does not work on Linux Player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "WebCamTest.7z"
2. Build it for Linux universal (don't forget to include "CameraTest" scene"
3. Play the built project on Linux and notice that pressing "Enable Preview" and then "Play" does nothing
Actual result: WebCamTexture does not show anything
Expected result: Camera view is being rendered
Tested on (built):
Windows 10
Unity 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4p1, 5.3.4p2, 5.4.0b13
Ran on:
Ubuntu 14.04
