[Linux][Vulkan] HDRP template build for Linux x86_64 Debug with Vulkan produces asserts in the player console
To reproduce:
Either just run the player (zipped in .tar.gz) or build and run it (zipped in .zip)
The following error appears:
Assertion failed on expression: 'GetGraphicsCaps().vk.useSWCommandBuffers || !GetVKGfxDeviceCore().kUseSecondaryCommandBuffers || m_CurrentCommandBufferUsage == m_CurrentCommandBuffer->GetType()'
