[Linux] [VSCode] Double-clicking a script doesn't open whole C# project in the sidebar, only the specific script
To reproduce:
1) Create a new project and C# script
2) Make sure you have set external script editor to VSCode
3) Double-click the script editor
Expected: Script is opened and in the sidebar whole project is opened
Actual: Sidebar has no project opened
Reproduced in 2017.3.1f1, 2018.2.0b10
Not reproduced in Win 10
