[Linux] Unable to paint tiles with Tile Palette when the Scene window is undocked
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project '1188638repro.zip'
2. Make sure 'scene' scene is loaded
3. Undock the Scene window
4. Open Tile Palette
5. Select 'Grid' in the Hierarchy and try to paint tiles with the Tile Palette
Expected results: Tiles are painted onto the grid
Actual results: Selection box is created instead of tiles being painted
Reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0a11, 2020.1.0a8
Not reproducible with 2017.4.32f1 2018.3.2f1
Regression from 2018.3.2f1. to 2018.3.3f1
Could not test with versions from 2019.3.0a12+ and from 2020.1.0a1 to 2020.1.0a7 due to issue ID 1176950
Notes:
- Not reproducible on Windows
- In versions where the issue was not present, the empty grid tiles do not show a preview of how the painted tile will look like when being hovered on
