Properties under Case, Estimated Time, Priority, Actions for the Sections from UIElements are distorted, refer attached screenshot.

Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project
2. Menu > UIE Test Suite > Open FTP.
3. Click on Controls.

Actual Result:
UIElements Sections properties are not showing standard format.

Expected Result:
UIElements Sections properties should be in a standard format.

Reproducible in:
2020.1.0a7,2019.3.0b5,2019.3.0a7

Note:
Unable to check before 2019.3.0a7 due to timeline package error.

Occurs only on Linux (ubuntu 16.04 LTS)
