Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Preferences window (Edit > Preferences…)
3. Select section that has a long name (e.g. “Package Manager")
4. Resize the section partition until smallest possible size
5. Observe section name

Actual result: Section name overlaps with section partition and gets cut off slightly beyond it
Expected result: Section name doesn’t overlap and gets cut off at the section partition

Reproducible with: 6000.2.2f1, 6000.2.5f1, 6000.3.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.1f1
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2021.3.56f1 (Section partition cannot be resized enough to cut off section text)

Reproduced on: Ubuntu 22.04

Not reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4), Windows 11
