[Linux] Sticky Keys do not work in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project 'ctrl_test.zip'
2. Make sure Sticky Keys are on
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press Left Control
Expected results: Console message 'Control is being held down.' continuously appears
Actual results: Console message 'Control is being held down.' appears only when the key is physically being held down
Reproducible in: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible in Windows.
Notes:
- To turn on Sticky Keys on Ubuntu 18.10, go to Settings -> Universal Access -> Typing Assist (AccessX)
