[Linux] Scroll sensitivity of touchpad is too high
To reproduce:
0) Have a touchpad
1) Create new project
2) In scene view, use two fingers to zoom in/out
Between 2018.1.x (tested .5f1 and .9f1) and 2018.2.x (tested .0b7 and .9f1) the scrolling speed has increased severely

I can confirm this is really annoying, tested on Linux. This only occur in Unity Editor, other applications has normal scroll sensitivity.
