[Linux] Scene view rotates when right-clicking and moving the mouse vertically beyond the screen limits
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. In the Scene View, hold down the right mouse button and drag it vertically beyond the screen limits
Expected result: The Scene View moves properly in the direction of the mouse
Actual result: The Scene View rotates 180 degrees as if the mouse had moved to the screen's edge in the opposite direction.
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0a3, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0a20
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a21
Couldn’t test with: 2022.1.0a2 (It is not possible to move the mouse beyond the screen size)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 23.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
