[Linux] Scene view is stuck in Flythrough mode when right mouse button has been raised after clicking
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Right-click into the Scene view
Expected result: the mouse cursor changes from + to normal after the right mouse button is raised, moving the mouse does not rotate the Scene view
Actual result: the mouse cursor remains in + form after the right mouse button is raised, moving the mouse rotates the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a11, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a10
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on: macOS 11.6 (Intel)
