[Linux] Scene view doesn't render when using a URP 2D renderer
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the “URP 2D” template
2. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: the Scene view renders the camera outline and a grid
Actual result: the Scene view ish empty and grey without any visible GameObjects
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0a17
Not reproducible on: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.6f1, 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Notes:
1. The issue is not reproducible when using the HDRP, Default, or URP (using the Forward renderer) render pipelines
2. The issue seems to be independent of the URP version (Tested on URP 12.1.7, 14.0.3)
