[Linux] Player window can't be resized when the player is started in Fullscreen mode and then changed to WIndowed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1372700_repro.zip")
2. Build and Run the project: File > Build Settings > Build And Run
3. Once the player opens in Windowed mode try resizing the window
4. Enter Fullscreen mode by clicking on the "Toggle Fullscreen" checkbox
5. Close the player
6. Reopen the player and enter Windowed mode by clicking the "Toggle Fullscreen" checkbox
7. Try resizing the window again
Expected result: The player window can be resized after changing to Windowed mode
Actual result: The player can't be resized after changing to Windowed mode
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
