[Linux] Player Settings link to download Vufora SDK fails due to permission rights
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Go to Player Settings/XR Settings
3. Press on "Vuforia Augmented Reality" link
Expected result: Selecting the 'Vuforia Augmented Reality' button downloads Vuforia support installer
Actual result: Selecting "Vuforia Augmented Reality" button the browser tab with an XML file that states an 'Access Denied' error is opened (see the attached screenshot)
Reproducible with: 2017.4.7f1, 2019.2.0a11
