[Linux] Player settings and other options are locked after script compilation
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Edit menu, notice that Player settings is available
3. Create new script in Project tab to force script compilation, wait for it to finish
4. Open Edit menu again, notice that Player settings is disabled
5. Open Window menu and try to open any window, notice all options will be disabled
Reproduced with: 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a14, 2022.1.0a15
Does not reproduce with: 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a13
Note: opening Build settings, Preferences or some other editor actions unlock these disabled options
