[Linux] PC doesn't sleep when the Editor is open
Repro Steps:
1. Change Gnome sleep timer to 60+ seconds
gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power sleep-inactive-ac-timeout 60
2. Create a new project and wait for it to open in the Editor
3. Don't make any contact with the mouse or keyboard
Expected results: The PC sleeps when the timer is up
Actual results: The PC doesn't sleep with the Editor opened
Reproducible in: 2022.2.0a10, 2022.1.0b14
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.19f1
Notes:
- Reproducible on all Linux distro's
- Not reproducible on Windows 10
- Not reproducible if the gnome sleep timer is set to 30 seconds
