[Linux] Packman options to add package from Git URL or by name contains empty space on the produced sub-window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open a new one
2. Open Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Click on the "+" icon in the top left corner of Package Manager window
4. Select "Add package from Git URL..." or "Add package by name..."
Expected results: The sub-window takes only the needed space for the input expected, doesn't differentiate from other OS
Actual result: The sub-window contains some extra space below, that isn't used in any way
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a5, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.26f1, 2021.1.0a4 ("Add package by name..." option also doesn't exist)
Notes:
- Not reproducible on Mac
