It's worth mentioning that I can no longer reproduce this with com.unity.multiplayer.playmode 1.2.0 and Unity 6000.0.8f1. Multiple players correctly activate and spawn a second Game view that can be used to test.
The first time the second player starts, though, it immediately closes and Unity says it 'unexpectedly stopped'. Restarting it works, but then I get regular warnings that network configs mismatch or that certain network behaviours were 'not present in the dictionary'. Everything works fine when using the same Unity project twice in separate folders, so the application doesn't appear to be at fault.
