[Linux][Launcher] The launcher sometimes loses the project list
When launch Unity, the launcher shows up with a list of previous opened Unity projects. This list is wiped out sometimes on Linux for unknown reasons... for now.
Repro:
1. Launch Unity in Ubuntu 18.04
2. Observe the project list
