[Linux] Keyboard input doesn't work in editor with New Input System
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and the scene in it
2) Play it
3) Try clicking WASD
Expected: Console should print messages on each click
Actual: No input is read, only mouse works
Not reproduced in Windows 10, not reproduced when a player is built
Reproduced in 2019.2.7f2, 2020.1.0a6
