[Linux] Input field for naming Tags doesn't work
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Select any object in the hierarchy
3) On the top of the inspector, in tag menu, choose to add a new tag
4) Click '+' to bring up the input field to make a new tag
Expected: You can edit
Actual: You can't edit it
Reproduced in 2018.2.0b7
Not reproduced in 2018.2.0b5
