[Linux] Flickering on various window borders when moving the mouse around the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Maximize the Unity Editor
3. Move the mouse around
Expected result: Flickering does not happen
Actual result: Flickering appears on some window borders
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a8, 2023.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0a7
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 23.04
Note: Sometimes other lines appear on the borders of the windows, and the mouse movement is unnecessary
