[Linux] Editor windows cannot be docked alongside existing windows as separate tabs
How to reproduce:
1. Create or open any project
2. Try to dock an existing window to another window (for i.e. Project window to Hierarchy window)
Expected results: A new tab in the existing window space is created
Actual results: New window space is created
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a4
