Linux Editor tooltip shows up in the window switcher as a separate window
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Select the "Directional Light" GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. In the Inspector mouseover any property name
4. When a tooltip appears press "Alt+Tab" and navigates to the Unity task
5. Observe the listed windows
Expected result: the tooltip is not listed as a window
Actual result: the tooltip is listed as a window or there is an empty entry where the tooltip window used to be
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.0a21
