[Linux Editor] Tile Palette window input is not captured, triggers general editor shortcuts instead
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In the menu, click Window->Tile Palette
3. Click "New Palette"
4. In the opened window, try entering any name
Expected result: Input box contains user's input
Actual result: Input box stays the same, editor reacts to input as Unity's shortcuts (letters qwert trigger scene control tools etc.)
Reproduced on: 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b1
Workaround: type text in another input box or outside of Unity and paste it in the Palette name box.
