ShaderLab code generation depends on locale's decimal separator
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set your locale to any that uses comma (,) as a decimal separator (for example, Spanish)
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Import the attached shader
4. Click "Compile and show code"
Result: compile errors "incorrect number of arguments to numeric-type constructor"
Reproduced on: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0p2
