[Linux Editor] Out of memory when importing a specific big Texture
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download "big_icon_project.zip" (contains a single 2048x2048 texture)
2. Extract & Open it with Unity
Results: "Out of Memory" error appears when loading project.
Reproduced on: 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b1

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
Texture is actually 30000x30000. libpng appears to have problems opening images this large.
