Editor crashes at "RegisterRuntimeInitializeAndCleanup::ExecuteCleanup()" when quitting from "Enter Safe Mode" prompt [Linux]
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (EnterSafeMode_Crash.zip)
2. When prompted to enter safe mode press the "Quit" button
3. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.22f1, 2022.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 (doesn't have safe mode)
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04
2. Not reproducible on Windows 10
