[Linux Editor] Collaborate is not is not publishing changes made to the project
Collaborate cannot be used in the Linux editor - when trying to publish changes, the Collab UI popup is reset and changes are not uploaded.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open any project.
2) Enable Collaborate for the project.
3) Make any change to the Assets folder (create an empty folder, for example).
4) In the Collab toolbar, press 'Publish'.
The changes are not uploaded, if any text is entered into the Description field, it gets deleted.
Expected: a loading bar appears, changes mage to the project are backed up.
Reproduced on:
5.6.0b3
Did not reproduce:
5.6.0b1, 5.5.0p1
