[Linux Editor] Asset Menu vertical scroll is unrestricted in Project Window
Asset Menu items scrolls by leaving empty spaces in the Project Window.
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached Project.
2. Project Window > Create.
Actual Result:
Asset Menu items scrolls by leaving empty spaces in the Project Window.
Expected Result:
Asset Menu vertical scroll should be restricted.
Reproducible in:
2019.1.0a9, 2018.3.0b10, 2018.3.0b3, 2018.2.15f1, 2018.1.0b12.
