[Linux] Context menus are created at the wrong place
How to reproduce:
1. Create or open any project
2. In Project window, click on the Create Asset button (+)
Expected results: Context menu is created at the button
Actual results: Context menu is created with an offset, dependent on the Project window place in the Editor
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a4
Regression from 2020.1.0a4 to 2020.1.0a5
Notes:
- Happens with all context menus (Tags, Layers, Prefab Overrides, etc.)
