[Linux][Context Menu] Search field doesn't detect all key presses
Repro Steps:
# Create and open a new project
# RMB in the Project Window
# Click into the search field and quickly type a word
# Observe not all key presses are registered
Expected results: Typing quickly registers all key presses
Actual results: Typing quickly during resize causes some key presses to be missed
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b16, 2023.3.0a14
Notes:
* Reproducible in Ubuntu 18 and 20
* Not reproducible in macOS

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
