Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new or an existing project

Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.0f1 (Unity Collaborate 1.2.7 - 2.0.0-preview.17)
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14 (Unity Collaborate 1.3.7 - 2.1.0-preview.3)
Note:
- Not reproducible on Windows and macOS
- An Editor restart is required to be able to type in the description again

All good, Unity support clarified this for me. To quote them
"
The way the Collab package is implemented in 2019.4 and lower is different than the 2020.1 and newer versions. In the newer versions, Collab has its own window in the Editor, rather than a drop-down menu. Sadly, this functionality will not be backported.
"Thanks again for looking into this. Looking forward to Unity 2020.

Hi guys, thank you for looking into this issue.
Unfortunately this still occurs in Unity 2019.4.0f1 (LTS). I'm a confused by your resolution note. Are you saying that this issue will be fixed in all Unity versions after 2019.4.0? If so, should it be fixed in the version I've stated? Or will I need to wait for 2019.5.0?
