[Linux][CentOS7] Project view + context window is filled with blank space
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. In Project window click + dropdown button
Expected result: all the dropdown options align with the area of the context window
Actual result: blank space is left at the top of context window
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a9

Resolution Note:
This is a GTK issue. GTK will allot enough space for the entire menu, but won't fill it all. It will keep your mouse pointer at the head of the list.
