[Linux] AutoLocale error gets thrown when opening a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “AutoLocale: current locale expects 'C' but got 'lt_LT.UTF-8'“ is thrown
Reproduced with: 6000.0.7f1, 6000.0.9f1
Not reproduced with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.6f1
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproduced on: Windows 10
