Lines rendered by Line Renderer are inconsistent in width when the Line Renderer positions are close to each other
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1331916_Repro" project
2. Open the Scene "UIElementsScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: The line around the button is consistent in width
Actual results: The line around the button is inconsistent in width
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17
