LineRenderer sometimes doesn't draw lines when lines are shorter than ~0.003165
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project "ShorLineRenderer"
2. Open Scene "SampleScene" (Assets>Scenes>SampleScene)
3. In the Hierarchy window select "LineRenderer"
4. In the Inspector find a "Line Renderer" component and within the “Positions” table change all 0.0032 values to 0.0031
Expected result: 3 lines are visible
Actual result: 2 lines are visible
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Lines won’t be seen while in 2D view, but in 3D view the line will be barely visible and dashed
