[Linear] Switching colorspace to Linear makes Project, Hierarchy, Inspector and other tab buttons go from dark to light skin
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch to Linear colorspace
3. Observe that editor skin goes between dark and light skin
Expected result: editor skin should stay dark in Linear colorspace
Does not occur anymore in: 2019.3.0a3
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.3f1, 2019.1.0a11
Not reproduced in: 2019.1.0a9, 2018.4.0f1
