[Linear] Splashcreen flickers when build is launched in non-native fullscreen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run it
3. In launcher, set resolution to non-native one and uncheck Windowed to start in fullscreen
4. Launch player
Splashscreen starts to rapidly flicker
