Line Renderer is jaggy when drawing localized circles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the User Submitted Project
2. Open the "bug" Scene and press Play
3. Press "Draw Bug" button and observe the Game View
Expected result: A Circle is drawn using the Line Renderer
Actual result: The Drawn Circle shows Y-axis jagging in two areas even though the Y-axis is never used in the code.
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a7, 2018.1.0b13, 2017.4.1f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.1.3p3, 5.6.5p3
