Lights flicker on certain GameObjcts when Rendering Path is set to "Deferred"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “ReproLights“ project
2. Build and Run (File>Build And Run)
3. Hold the right arrow key until the “BackWallCube_1x1x1 (31)“ GameObject is visible
Expected result: The lights on the GameObject don’t flicker
Actual result: The lights on the GameObject flicker
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1
Can’t test with: 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23 (Errors in the Console)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by reporter)
