[LightProbe][UI] Display Weights option is no longer rendered in Scene View
Steps for reproduction:
1) In a new project, create a dynamic primitive GameObject and a light probe group
2) Change the `Mode` of Directional Light in the scene from `Realtime` to `Baked` or `Mixed`
3) In Lighting window, go to Debug Settings (last group section) and expand Light Probe Visualization
4) Toggle `Display Weights` option and observe that no gizmos are rendered in the Scene View
Notes:
- Images are shared below (pay attention to gizmo line drawn from the cube to Light Probe Group)
