Lightning breaks when unloading an additively loaded Scene containing a light with a Cookie
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “DarkenedLightRepro.zip”
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Wait for the 1st Scene to reload
Expected results: The light is working
Actual results: The light is not working
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a14, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a26
Reproducible on: Windows 10
