Lightmapping.isRunning is always false
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "LightmapIssues.zip"
2. Open "scene0" scene
3. Build lighting
Expected behavior: Lightmapping.isRunning true while baking
Actual behaviour: Lightmapping.isRunning false after baking, no messages while baking.
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.5f1, 5.3.6p2, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a5.
