Lightmapping.isRunning causes a freeze if it is put in a while-loop
If you try to put Lightmapping.isRunning in While loop condition, and execute the code (for example, using BakeAsync and then checking for when the bake is finished), the Unity freezes without ever entering the loop, requiring a force close.

Have you tried placing yield; into your while loop?
