Lightmap "View" button is not symmetric and has an empty space
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D HDRP Sample project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Lighting -> Baked Lightmaps
3. Navigate to any Lighmap preview
4. Observe the "View" button
Expected results: The button is symmetric and has no empty space
Actual results: The buttons are missing a pixel in one of the corners and the text inside is not centered
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: 2021.3 and 2022.3 buttons are called "Open preview", but the text is not centered too, 2022.3 steam has an artifact in the button
