Lightmap Parameters Asset UI layout has regressed

# Open the attached project (LightmapParametersUI-Bug01.zip)
# Select the LightmapParameters asset
*Expected result:*
* All properties are filed neatly under headers with proper indentation
*Actual result:*
* Some properties are missing header rollout menus and indentation (see attached images)

* Regression introduced in: 2023.1.11f1
