Number "0" is not visible in Unity Documentation page button tooltips
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Help > Unity Manual
3. Hover over the arrow button on the left side of the page for the tooltips to appear
Actual result: “Unity 6. User Manual” is displayed
Expected result: “Unity 6.0 User Manual” is displayed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.57f1, 2022.3.67f1, 6000.0.60f1,
Not reproducible with: 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b6, 6000.4.0a2
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
