Lightmap is unassigned when entering Play Mode, switching Scene and exiting Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project “SampleProject.zip”
2. Open Scene "Game" (Assets/Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press the “LOAD“ button in the Game view
5. Exit Play Mode
Expected result: Lightmap is still assigned
Actual result: Lightmap is unassigned
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a5
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Note: Lightmap is re-assigned when Restarting the Editor or after re-baking
